About Me

I love what I do and am passionate about helping others overcome trials and live at peace with themselves and their environment.

About me

I can support you in discovering your own personal strengths and help you co-create a plan for recovery.

Hello,

My name is Kathy and I am a grateful recovering alcoholic.

But this statement does not define who I am~ it is only one facet of my life and my journey.

I grew up in California the daughter of two educators.  My father was a high school football coach and teacher, and my mother was a high school counselor and women’s tennis, track and volleyball coach.  You could say coaching is in my blood!

I had one brother who was three years older than me.  He sadly passed away in 2016 after a long battle with AIDS.

I am the adult child of an alcoholic.  I grew up with all the chaos and trauma surrounding addiction.  But through it all, I am now a survivor- a lover of learning and now a co-creator of recovery.

Why coaching and not sponsoring?  While I believe there are great advantages to a twelve-step recovery process, I have found that coaching and helping clients discover and create capital from their OWN PERSONAL strengths is where the power lies.

If you want to discover those strengths and co-create a plan for recovery, click the link and let’s chat.

I look forward to walking this path with you.

Light and Love,

"A coach isn’t a cheerleader-a 'hype girl.' A coach is a co-creator: someone who guides, encourages, applauds, and supports their client."
